All their products are made with chillis grown on their farm and have no additives, no artificial preservatives or colours.
Jalapeno, Coriander, Lime & Tequila (MEDIUM):
The 2019 Australian Food Awards Silver Medal winner, this sauce combines the heat of Jalapeno chillis with coriander, lime, and yes, Tequila. A marriage made in heaven.
This sauce goes on everything, but is so at home on anything mexican, particularly nachos and tacos.
Ingredients: Jalapeno, vinegar, coriander, garlic, Tequila & salt
Fatalli Mango (HOT):
Our 2019 Australian Food Awards Gold Medal winning sauce, Fatalli Mango is a wonderful taste sensation. At first you get the sweetness of mango, garlic and spices and then 5 seconds later the heat kicks in at the back of your throat.
Great as a marinade for chicken (especially wings) and pork, as well as a dressing for both salad and coleslaws
Ingredients: Mango, vinegar, Fatalli chilli, water, garlic, sugar, spices & salt
A classic Chipotle sauce with undertones of honey, garlic, orange and cocoa. A mild sauce with a wonderful full and rich flavour. Perfect on any meat or even chips. Great on its own or mixed with mayonnaise or creme cheese.
Trinidad Scorpian (EXTRA HOT)
The instant heat of the Scorpion chillis is complemented by the sweetness of honey, garlic and a slight zing of orange, with a wonderful after taste that will have you coming back for more. A perfect accompaniment to a steak or ribs.
Ingredients: Trinidad Scorpion Chocolate Moruga chilli, honey, garlic, orange, cocoa , vinegar & salt.
